Order requests
Choose a plan and enter your X username to create an order. Submitting a transaction hash records an order and issues a receipt; it is not itself a payment confirmation.
Eligibility and terms
Curialy has no country restriction, but X’s eligibility and feature availability still apply. Delivery is within one hour after payment confirmation; renew after your purchased duration ends. Contact us with account-specific questions.
If an order never arrives
The refund is not a debate.
When a paid plan fails to reach the account you named, we return the money. The policy is written in plain language.
